　　Shandong Qilu Institute of Building Decoration and Designing, Zhong Xin Group (Hong Kong)is established in 1994 and certificated asthe Class-one Grade architect entrepreneur in designing, construeion and intelligence engineering, and the Class-two Grade in wall construction by Ministry of Construction, P. R. China. The institute took lead in the Industry in passing the cerification of IS09001 International Standard and i，key member of China Building Decoration Association. The services of the institute include construct ionengine Bring design and supervision, new construction material development and sales, real estate development, foreign and domesisrode, integenized building designing and construction,and software development, etc.

　　Among the projects finished, we are awarded two NaTonal LuBan Award, two national first class Decoration Engineering Award and Chinese National Architect Scientific and Technelegy Award, five Tai-mountain Cup of Shandong Province, thirteen excellence，wards at city level, and twelve projects wer。rded national architect designing awards. In 2005. the Institute was awarded one of the besdesigning enterprises by Chinese Construction Associion.
